Innovative health collaborates with a small team of dedicated Chartered Psychologists with a wealth of experience and a unique skillset who specialise in evidence-based behaviour change.
We provide training and coaching for those who work in the helping professions to develop proficiency in their conversational skills to promote positive and sustained behaviour change.
We also provide consultancy services, which include developing training programmes and training materials, theatre productions for promoting health and project evaluation.
In addition, we offer treatment for people with weight and body image issues, disordered eating and eating disorders.
Dr Vanessa Bogle is the director of Innovative Health. She is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS), on the BPS register of Coaching Psychologists and is an Associate Fellow of the BPS (AFBPsS). She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Health Psychologist. She is also a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. Dr Bogle is a highly skilled and experienced practitioner and trainer and has been a member of the international Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) since 2005. She has also held various roles within the National Health Service (NHS) spanning 15 years, including working clinically in primary and secondary care settings and in public health/health promotion roles. Dr Bogle also holds a BSc(Hons) Fitness and Health and is a qualified exercise professional.
Dr Chloe Stewart is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Health Psychologist. She has a special interest in behaviour change, health promotion and supported self-management. Dr Stewart has worked in a wide range of applied roles, with over 10 years’ experience in the NHS. She is an experienced practitioner and Motivational Interviewing trainer and a member of the international Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).
